Sunday, May 18th, 2014 Focus: I take the time to enjoy myself and release tension.

Beatiful
As healers and caregivers, we sometimes forget to stop and take time to have fun. If you do not take time to enjoy yourself and release tension, you’re headed for a meltdown. Allow your inner child to take the reins and go out and have fun! Go to a pet store and play with the puppies, or sit quietly outside and count the stars.

Live within your means so that you are not financially stressed. I like to envision that I am on a small boat, and if I do not throw all that is not necessary overboard, it will quickly sink! This allows me to realize the difference between what I really need and what is just excess baggage.

This also goes for excesses in lifestyle and behavior patterns. Lack of moderation creates an unbalanced life. Living in moderation is the key to staying focused and balanced and allows you to achieve your goals much more easily.
